A surplus budget in tenure is a phase when income or receipt exceeds outlay or expenditure. Surplus is an indication that the government is being effectively managed and stronger in financial pretext. This also conclude that a country is prosperous and on the way toward development.
I will be using money to cut taxes, pay unfunded pensions, rainy day funds, education and infrastructural funds. I will be assigning a certain ratio for all of the above with suggestion and confidence of public, intellectuals and government officials.
The surplus budget is result and contribution of taxpayers, so they’re the force to run the wheel and came up with momentous extra funds. Hence, I will be reducing some percentage reduction in term of taxes. As a result, they will come up with more surplus currencies on national level. This will ensure to deal with future recession and bankruptcies .We will be reserving, repaying and reinvesting on bias public needs and demands.
Some of money part will be used to pay those deficit unpaid pension liabilities before any recession or bankruptcy to an individual or family.
Moreover, I will give special attention to upgrade and update the educational sector of country. In accordance with my team I will be reviewing and analyzing the urging salaries increase of teachers by definite proportion and with allocation of additional bonuses to teachers; this will be motivating teachers to perform and do well up to their utmost level. The introduction of new educational programs will be introduced by induction of talented and qualified faculties with equipped labs, classrooms, etc. this will ensure quality learning.
The infrastructural development will be take care with some amount from budget. This includes hospitals repairing, school reconstruction, roads and other government sites.
The social services, security and health care will also addressed with those surplus funds. We will be creating new opportunities for youth to strengthen their holistic and dynamic development. The public places will be given high security with modern technology.
All points highlight clearly, that an efficient and mature government always send their funds very wisely and smartly by taking the public and government in confidence. They assign certain share to each urging and appealing issue to address.

More than 150 years ago, George Perkins Marsh (1801–1882) published Man and Nature; or, Physical Geography as Modified by Human Action — a study of how human action modifies the physical world, from the crust of the earth to the atmosphere. The scope of Man and Nature is vast. Beginning with chapters on “the general effects and the prospective consequences of human action upon the earth’s surface and the life which peoples it”, Marsh then proceeds to trace. -----the history of man’s industry as exerted upon Animal and Vegetable Life, upon the Woods, upon the Waters, and upon the Sands; and to these I have added a concluding chapter upon Probable and Possible Geographical Revolutions yet to be effected by the art of man. Despite the vastness of the project, Marsh’s message to readers was clear: If people do not take care of the earth, the earth will cease to take care of them. If we now find this claim ...

"Climate Change in Pakistan: Risks, Challenges, and Mitigation Measures"

Climate change is a pressing issue that is affecting countries worldwide, including Pakistan. The country, situated in the semi-arid region of South Asia, is particularly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change due to its geographic location, high population density, and limited resources. The effects of climate change in Pakistan are already being felt and are expected to worsen in the coming years. This article will explore the impacts of climate change in Pakistan and measures that can be taken to respond and mitigate the risk and challenges posed by it. Water resources in Pakistan are increasingly being affected by climate change. The changing patterns of precipitation, temperature, and evaporation are leading to changes in the availability of water in the country. The melting of glaciers in the Himalayas, which are a major source of water for the Indus River, is also affecting water resources in Pakistan. To increase the resilience of water resources, measures such as inc...
